What to Expect: The Process

Inquire

If we’re the right fit for your event, ​head over to our “Book Now” page. ​Complete that form with as much ​details as possible. We’ll get back to ​you within 24-48 hours.

Schedule

It’s time for a tech rehearsal in which ​we’ll run sound checks, power and ​internet connectivity & more. This will ​allow us to know what equipment is ​needed for your event and the floor plan ​where we will be stationed.

Secure

To reserve your date and book with ​us, a signed contract and non-​refundable 20% retainer fee are ​required. That’s it, you’re set to go! ​We’ll be in touch!
